Rumman.

Rumman had outgrown its old site — a single-page placeholder that didn't speak to the size or seriousness of the work. They needed a publishing platform that could carry shows, stories, and people side-by-side, in both languages.

We started with a content audit and a sitemap that put editorial first. Then a flexible design system — three layout templates, one set of typography, room to grow. The build is a Next.js front end against a Sanity CMS, with image-first performance budgets.

Launched Q4 2025. Time-on-site doubled in the first month. The editorial team now publishes weekly without ever touching code.
